We are pleased to announce the first release of Virtuous Primo, this is based on the leaked 1.56.401.11 release RUU. We would like to give special thanks to Football for the RUU.

This build currently falls as an X-Series release, how ever it is suitable for use as a daily driver if you can live with a few bugs. We hope to have ROM feature complete as soon possible. Check bellow for a full list of what is working and what is not.

• Based on the Primo ROM (1.56.401.11).
• Fully Deodexed
• Ported for almost full functionality on all of supported devices
• Heavily optimized for fluid performance and usability.
• Overclocked kernels with numerous additional kernel modules.
• Built-in screen state frequency scaling (1.1Ghz-307MHz/ondemand screen-on, 768Mhz-307Mhz/conservative screen-off), via custom built virtuous_oc C daemon.
• Market-sourced applications (Gmail, Maps, Voice, etc) automatically installed on first boot into /data/app for easy removal.
• Bloatware and unnecessary applications removed.

Important Notes

• You must complete a full wipe prior to installing this ROM the first time. We also recommend wiping between upgrades, but you are welcome to try upgrading without a wipe. However, no support will be provided if you file a bug without having wiped prior to submission.

As i understand the menu button is not supposed to work on homescreen as HTC One has only 3 buttons

but is there any chance to make it work (re-edit keymap) ? thank you.

BUG: when on a call if i activate the speaker, the other person cannot hear my voice, as if the mic stops on activating the speaker.
tested with 3 callers.

It is not booted for me. Stuck on green HTC logo (sometime it's rebooted).
I was made full wipe with recovery and full wipe with ARHD SuperWipe script.
Installed 1GHz virtuous oc script, but not working too...
My HBOOT is 0.96 engineer version.
I dont know what to do...

I don't know about Netflix, but YouTube is working perfectly.

Great ROM. Smooth and stable - Flashed yesterday, barely put it down since, no reboots, no boot loops

Few bugs I have noticed (Most are mentioned above)

1. Softkey backlights not working
2. Softkey keymap needs work (Home > Home , Menu > Tasks, Back > Back, Search > Search . We can use onscreen menu button, I miss "search everywhere")
3. Some HTC Sense widgets missing (Not sure if this is because HTC have removed them "Sync All" "Bookmarks" I'm sure there's a few more)
4. Wifi not re-connecting on wake (HTC bug I believe - every rom I have used does this)
5. Screen lock strange behaviour. Sometimes, the screen wont come back on when I press the lock button twice in rapid succession, I have to wait around 10 seconds, then the screen will wake again

Also not really a bug, but whats the withe 5 home screens? Understand on the One X there is a bit more room on the screen. I want my 7 home screens back .

Apart from this, great fast and stable rom, Can't wait for the official HTC release to get into dev's hands. Camera is a big one for me

Hi VTeam. Really good work as always. I see that the classical 5 screens have no animations so far.
We can live without it But I was wondering whether there is a way to toggle something (and I'm just missing some settings) or not. I played with another sense 4.0 ROM, where those animations have been implemented even if kinda buggy.

Ok, call me a N00B, but the OP states this is for Incredible S and Incredible 2, I have tried flashing on my Inc2 but it bootloops at the boot animation.... any ideas?
wiped and tried again ... same result.

I'm using 4ext recovery, also full wiped 3x before each flash
