Instructions
1. wipe data (if coming from ANY other rom)
2. wipe cache
3. flash ROM
4. flash GApps
5. let phone sit for a few minutes once booted to settle (a lot is done of first boot)

Keep in mind that the first boot can take up to 10 minutes and may seem to hang on either the Google logo or the Boot Animation. Just give it time, it will boot.

If you're looking for a JDX alternative until we know what's going on with Jake, do give Shiny a try. Been using it a few days now and I don't see any problems. Bluetooth good (paired with my car), GPS, camera fine. Don't see any graphics issues. Data issues fixed.
My phone is still a bit laggy , but no where near as bad as its been!

I'd suggest a kernel change if your seeing lag. Tweaks like GPU over clock really smooth out the UI.

Will over clocking decrease battery life. It's already bad!

I have no idea. I haven't run any objective tests on the issue, so I cannot say with certainty. I would venture there is no noticeable decrease but I have nothing to substantiate that opinion.
Well, I did it! Ordered N5 from Google play store. Supposed to ship Monday. Probably will switch over to Gummy. That was my first custom ROM. Kejar appears to be back in business. Anybody know what the Verizon ETF would be on a contract expiring March 14?

Honestly, I don't think it would be much

I don't think so either. Doesn't matter..... gonna do it anyway! No patience! ;)
Pretty much decided on AT&T AIO as carrier for now.

Uhm... It was my understanding that 16.0 was coming out 4 months ago? :winkP:
