Here is the new JRO03O stock rom for Verizon LTE Galaxy Nexus from the leaked OTA from google's servers. It is stock other than being rooted (chainsdd), busybox, deodexed, zipaligned, and init.d support. You can flash it with any custom recovery and should probably wipe/factory reset to help ensure you won't have any problems. This is only the ROM and will not upgrade the radios. You can get the new radios and bootloader HERE.

As usual, flash at your own risk and post any successes or problems.

- Remove you Facebook account
- Go to Settings > Accounts & sync
- Uncheck "Sync Contacts" from every account (where available)
- Go to Settings > Apps > All, select "Contacts Storage" and click "Clear data) [you will lose any contacts which are not synced to any account]
- Reboot into recovery and flash the mod zip
- Reboot and enable "Sync Contacts" for all the account
- Add your Facebook account, select the contacts sync option and wait 2-5 mins
- If your Facebook contacts do not show up, go to Settings > Accounts & sync
- Select the Facebook account, and uncheck and re-check "Sync Contacts" and wait 2-5 mins (pictures may take a while to appear)

Exchange Security No PIN
- Removes secure pin requirements for exchange accounts
- Replaces /system/app/EmailGoogle.apk and /system/app/Exchange2Google.apk

It's hard to say what has changed from JRO03L without decompling things and comparing the .smali files. If you're talking of other JRO03O roms out now, I think this is the first rooted and deodexed rom with mods available. The other JRO03O roms as of right now are odex, which makes it harder to modify some things.

Installed nice and neatly, my Wi-Fi seems to not be connecting but I will see what that's about.

Wifi is good again. I guess Google Wallet does not work on this yet.

Trinity kernel (Alpha 53) is running pretty damned well for me on this ROM. Haven't had it up long enough to comment on battery life yet though.

Try using Google Now and type in the name of an app you have installed, such as gmail and see if the app icon shows up at the bottom.
Also, Franco kernel milestone 5 is what I have now with bugless beast Jellybean. If you grab the Franco.kernel updater app, it now can make a backup of your stock kernel (or whatever kernel you're running) for easy flash back to stock.

Anyone think I can pull off dirty flashing from stock rooted 4.0.4? I really hate wiping my data

I already flashed the new radios and was going to flash the new bootloader before attempting dirty flash.

I'd try out a dirty flash if you're already on stock. AFAIK, the OTA (whenever it comes) won't wipe your data, so I'd imagine you'd be fine.
