There are a few that ask if the wipes can be done before the flash of the ROM and GAPPs and yes they can. I have experienced that the wipe works best after, but the wipes can be done before. It is up to the individual doing the flash. You can wipe as much as you like before or after the flash.

Do a Nandriod Backup with your recovery, such as CWM or TWRP.
1. Flash current nightly http://get.cm/?device=tenderloin
2. Flash current GApps http://goo-inside.me/gapps
3. Wipe cache and dalvik with your recovery.
4. Reboot and enjoy.

QUICK TROUBLE SHOOTING
> If you have problems with bootloops try wiping Dalvik and Cache once again. This works most of the time. If those wipes don't work try a factory wipe along with dalvik and cache, bewarned that a factory wipe will clear all of your app and user data, but this might be good if the data is causing the bootloops. It has been reported that factory wipes in some cases help a great deal. If you use TiBu, just remember, before restoring your data why you wiped it to begin with. If you restore you might be restoring the problem.
> If you have problems flashing, check the MD5 of the file to see if it matches the download link. The majority of the flash failures are caused by bad downloads.

> If you have WIFI issues click here to follow Nevertells FIX summary http://rootzwiki.com..._10#entry557589

> USB won't connect to PC: Settings/Storage/Menu (3 dots upper right)/USB computer connection/check Media Device (MTP). Then Settings/Developer options/Uncheck Andriod Debugging. Then you should be able to connect.

Please PM with suggestions.

Know issues:

Camera is broken

VPN is broken

For Gapps issues flash this https://www.box.com/...c28d6d80fb71bdb (Gapps Fixer) only if current Gapps are broken. Issue is unknown at this point.
*** NEW GApps Available gapps-ics-20120429-signed.zip*** TRY THESE FIRST!
(Always try to flash current Gapps)
CM7 had this issue and it was caused by the incorrect date and time setting, check this first. The best case scenario would be to wipe cache, factory wipe and wipe dalvik then reflash rom and gapps, this should correct the problem, but if it doesn't try the Gapps Fixer.

Thanks and enjoy.

A SPECIAL THANKS TO JCSULLINS FOR ALL OF THE TENDERLOIN ATTENTION!

I would like to thank first and foremost the CyanogenMod team for making this possible. Without the hard work of Dalingrin and all of the devs that have put their talents into this ROM we wouldn't have ICS. Thank you.

I would also like to thank Eyeballer for his unofficial nightlys for keeping us on the BLOODY edge. Thank you.

Reverend Kyle, Thank you for always looking out for our HP TouchPad COMMUNITY!

Reverend Kyle's App REVTV.

A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO NEVERTELLS THAT ALWAYS TRIES TO HELP WHEN NEEDED!

Remember, the devs and Reverend Kyle devote their free time to ensure we have a great experience with our HP TouchPads. If they have a contribute button buy them a beer! Cheers!

THIS OP HAS BEEN THE WORK OF ALL INVOLVED HELPING SOLVE PROBLEMS AND BRINGING UP ISSUES! THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH!!!! WE ARE COMMUNITY!!!

Thank you to all United States and allies for your grand service. (I, of course, appreciate you!) I will end with Semper Fidelis! (This is a very Marine thing but it actually calls to all of us!)

I've noticed that I've been getting stuck on a lot of web pages in the stock browser, meaning if I try to use the browser back button or the system exit or whatever the button left arrow is called, it simply refreshes the page. I know there are some pages in desktop browsers that do this but for the stock browser on the TP it seems like it affects a lot of pages. Is this an ICS problem or something that could be remedied?
Try ICS Browser + and/or Dolphin Browser both are a much better expierience.
Try clearing all data first before you flash. Report back if that helps. Thanks
Could you explain which option you mean, and exactly what it does and doesn't clear ? I don't want to nuke my WebOS partitions or data :)

FWIW, I've not had this problem. I've been running ICS on my touchpad since alpha 0.5. Have you checked the usual (clear caches, reinstall gapps, etc)?

Go into CWM wipe cache
wipe dalvik
reflash rom
reflash gapps

this has worked for others and you will not lose anything. it's just a cleaner way to do it.

ICS + is basically the stock browser with a few changes/hidden settings enabled but it's 97% stock. If someone is having issues with the stock browser it is highly likely they will with ICS+ since it built from the stock browser.

Also, I don't believe the behavior he is speaking of is normal for the stock browser. It certainly isn't doing that on mine and I have not noticed other people reporting it. There's probably some problem that needs to be addressed or maybe worst case scenario do a wipe and clean re-install.
Thanks for sticky, keep up the good work. Loving all 3 of my touchpads.
So im not the only one with 3 TouchPads?!?! I figured I was strange :) This way both kids, and the fiancee can all have one on road trips, no fighting over who gets the "Tiny" 4.3" phone

I flashed the nightly, the latest gapps and the apps fixer, then clear the cache and dalvik.

GApps still fail to work (play store exits). Accounts + Sync in settings doesn't list my google account, and there is no way to add it. Calender app appears to not be syncing.

Is there anything it's worth trying, or should I retry with the next nightly ?

Tom
First, try to flash the 03/04 gapps, just to see if that gets things working. Then make a Titanium backup - this step is important! Once you have the backup, reflash 03/17 gapps - almost certain they will be broke again.

Now go to CWM and select delete data/Factory Reset. This will not affect anything on the WebOS side, but it WILL remove all your CM9 data and settings. Restart CM9 and gapps should not only be working, but all the apps you had loaded should automatically begin to be reinstalled. Use the Titanium Backup to restore all system data and everything should be back to what you had.

Nope ive got 6 tp's and we have a stack of 50 tp's 32GB at work probably nvr tobe touched.... sadly. they only bought them cause they was the right price.
I was having the problem with calendar sync, too (although my Gmail was working just fine, and I was having no problems with Google Play).

Originally, I had installed Gapps 4.0.3 11.12.22.

So, I did a factory wipe, cleared the cache and Dalvik (just for good measure -- I'm guessing that it was overkill), and reflashed Gapps with 20120317.

Sure enough, after re-associating with my Google account, my events in all my calendars showed up!

Thanks for all the hard work, devs!
FYI, just took a look and build #429 is in progress....a new tenderloin official nightly should be available tomorrow.
Reflashing gapps seems to work best.

I have been looking at the update script, which backs up gaaps and then reinstalls it when a nightly is flashed and it seems to be the same as other CM nightlys. I'll keep digging but from what I can tell it's the Play Store that's messing with things.

Either way, flashing gaaps again seems to fix it. Might be worth adding this to the op, as a known issue.

Thanks for starting this general discussion thread! One less thing for dalingrin to maintain, he might still start a development thread, but who knows. Either way thanks!
nice gallary.

It's gone now and there's no new build
did it fail?

Edit: nevermind, it's there but it doesn't show up under the "all" category for some reason.

Don't you have somewhere else you need to be? Try reading it again, his signature says exactly what you intimated:

CM just added a new nightly. Check the link in the OP. Flash and enjoy.
Updated changelog http://cm-nightlies....vice=tenderloin

I'm running the new 20120404 Nightly and everything seems smooth and Gapps work. I downloaded the rom, made a nandriod backup, wiped cache and dalvik, flashed nightly, flashed Gapps (still running 20120317 Gapps) then rebooted. Still appears to be stable. The new mods were minimal and specific. We are still running the old kernal and the Adreno 2xx drivers don't appear to be merged yet. I normally flash those drivers, because I feel there is a slight increase in graphics, but I am holding off on this flash to see how it reacts. Overall still seems very stable.

04/04 Nightly is working like a charm here. I know this isn't scientific, but it does seem to be a bit faster and smoother.

Just watched two episodes of CSI:NY from cbs.com and they both were smooth as silk :)

Could you point me in the driection of the adreno drivers and are they installed via CWM ?

This is a flashable zip via CWM. tbob18 posted it on this thread, http://rootzwiki.com/topic/20807-new-adreno-2xx-drivers/
