Just loaded and booted this up. No problems so far. Just curious about the software number. I'm showing 1.66.605.2 instead of 1.66.605.6. Not sure which is correct.

Edit: Was informed it is 1.66.605.2

I was wondering if there was a proper way to update. Do you just install the update, reboot, and then install the new radio or is there another method?

That is the easiest way to install the update.
Or you can install the radio first and then this update.
Either way will work just fine.

I understand how to "install" the radio. My question is how do I install the ROM if not through bootloader?

Thanks for the help.

Appreciate the hard work jcase.

Flash in recovery as with any other ROM.

Awesome, thanks jcase!! This is a ROM, not an RUU right? So we flash this through clockwork?
That's right.

Has anyone tested GPS lock on this yet?

Not too sure anything can pull me from Sense 3.0 though

Seems the same to me as in it either never locks or takes a long time.

Anyone notice that where you previously had 4G it now drops to 3G (nice icon) and refuses to hop back on 4G until a reboot occurs? Even if you put it in airplane mode it will not negotiate back up to 4G?

I found just the opposite. The MR2 radio handles network hand off much more efficiently and seamlessly then the base or MR1 radio ever did.
