Well part of the problem is that there isn't much info provided. Which kernel was used, any additional changes, etc. The post it is based on simply shows how to add the frameworks to the boot image, but so far the only changes I have made were replacing placeholders with actual binaries until I know if anything else was altered. It's not for nothing this is how you get alot of ppl helping. As it said in OP this is not for the faint of heart... As in youvkinda need to have a little knowledge to fix/or even start something

I'm using the boot.img from liquidsmooth v3.01 (internal release...has my kernel) modded with Ics bootclasspath....has all Luna from the G2 (since this ROM is based off of a g2 port because it was in our best interest to use pure android libs)twistedumbrella said:Well part of the problem is that there isn't much info provided. Yeah, don't want any of those iOS libs getting mixed in. lol.I'm using the boot.img from liquidsmooth v3.01 (internal release...has my kernel) modded with Ics bootclasspath....has all Luna from the G2 (since this ROM is based off of a g2 port because it was in our best interest to use pure android libs)
I am putting in whatever time I do have to try to make it happen. It is a pretty big difference in device, but it seems possible.Nexus S is now running ICS .. hopefully it is just a matter of time before it works on TBolt.

I am trying, too, but due to time constraints, I may have to pass this on to you.twistedumbrella said:I am putting in whatever time I do have to try to make it happen. It is a pretty big difference in device, but it seems possible.

It really makes me wonder why some people maintain a screen name across sites when they are going to act like that at one of them.Nice to see you on Rootzwiki I hate the thunderbolt section at XDA.
The one on the Galaxy Nexus is different than the one in the SDK which this is ported from.TheTyler0013 said:Seems like an old version of ics ... why is it not the 4.0 we saw in the official release ?
Great job tho guys![]()
I respect the xda forums, but the mods in the thunderbolt section are unbelievable. It really makes me wonder why some people maintain a screen name across sites when they are going to act like that at one of them.

Jw ... but why is it different? Is this sdk just so devs can get apps working?bassdj said:The one on the Galaxy Nexus is different than the one in the SDK which this is ported from.
