Were any changes made to the system itself or just to the boot image? I am trying to find out where to start...
Also, this is a useful list of the keyevent values found in the google discussion board:
You can use key codes directly like
adb shell input keyevent 7 # for key '0'
adb shell input keyevent 8 # for key '1'
adb shell input keyevent 29 # for key 'A'
adb shell input keyevent 54 # for key 'B'
we can also send string as a text, like
adb shell input text "ANDROID"
The below text is the whole list of all keyevent names with their
respective codes numbers...

It's not for nothing this is how you get alot of ppl helping. As it said in OP this is not for the faint of heart... As in youvkinda need to have a little knowledge to fix/or even start something

Well part of the problem is that there isn't much info provided. Which kernel was used, any additional changes, etc. The post it is based on simply shows how to add the frameworks to the boot image, but so far the only changes I have made were replacing placeholders with actual binaries until I know if anything else was altered.

I'm using the boot.img from liquidsmooth v3.01 (internal release...has my kernel) modded with Ics bootclasspath....has all Luna from the G2 (since this ROM is based off of a g2 port because it was in our best interest to use pure android libs)twistedumbrella said:

I think i found the touchscreen issue. I was breaking down the ROM and found something interesting. Under system/etc/tdm. It has a page called atmel touchscreen. If you examine closer it shows a definate value of pressure touchscreen. I have altered the lib and just removed it but can't get vbox to boot up to test. Can you guys give it a go-around

Yeah, don't want any of those iOS libs getting mixed in. lol.
Anyway, I already pretty much dumped everything found here because the boot image wasn't the one I wanted to use. I have rebuilt a boot image and used the Nexus builds to get something running, but now it is time to get the touchscreen working.

Nexus S is now running ICS .. hopefully it is just a matter of time before it works on TBolt.
