You need:

Samsung Sidekick 4G rooted with SuperOneClick
ClockworkMod Recovery

Instruction's to flash ROM:

Download ROM and place it on your SD card
Boot your phone in recovery mode (vol down + vol up + power + trackpad)
Select Mounts & Storage , make sure it look's like this
unmount /cache
mount /data
mount /sdcard
mount /sd-ext
unmount /system
Select "choose zip from sdcard"
after flashing process is complete, reboot the device
