You're using a ROM that's been reverse engineered from a nandroid backup made on a GSM phone, then tweaked, poked, prodded, and altered to even boot on a CDMA phone using God only knows what sort of coding sourcery these talented devs can come up with. I am ignoring, encouraging devs to ignore, and encouraging users to ignore all battery life complaints until after AOSP has been pushed. If it still sucks after native code with properly revisioned associated proprietaries have gone live, yeah, then it's time to complain. Not before. Period. End of discussion.
