Since nobody is compiling CM 10.2 (4.3) for t0ltetmo I decided to do it myself. Needless to say this is still in its infancy and CM team is working hard at it, but if you are like me and want to live on the cutting edge here it is.
CM 10.2 (4.3) UnOfficial Nightlies:

Needless to say, full wipe is strongly advised.
I will be doing unofficial nightlies until CM starts making them. Also, make sure you flash both the ROM and GAPPS every time you update (data will be preserved).

OLD Builds:
Enable "Developer Options" in the Settings Menu:
Settings > About Phone > and tap "Build Number" 7 times.
Go back and Developer Options will be enabled at the bottom in the Settings menu.
Enable Root Access:
Settings > Developer Options > Root Access > Select "Apps and ADB"
Increase Speaker Volume:
Settings > Advanced > Audio > Streaming audio volumes
