CyanogenMod is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 4.0 (ICS), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

Code:
<br />
#include <br />
/*<br />
 * Your warranty is now void.<br />
 *<br />
 * I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,<br />
 * thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please<br />
 * do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM<br />
 * before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if<br />
 * you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.<br />
 *<br />
 * Submitting bug reports on nightly builds is the leading <br />
 * cause of male impotence.<br />
 */<br />
CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

DO NOT FLASH THE RECOVERY FROM ROM MANAGER. IT IS THE ONE FROM TF201 AND WILL BRICK YOUR TABLET.
You're warned.

So when you said "DO NOT FLASH THE RECOVERY FROM ROM MANAGER. IT IS THE ONE FROM TF201 AND WILL BRICK YOUR TABLET.
You're warned." in huge red text, i missed that. now i have a asus tf300 with only cwm on it. i cant do a "adb push" because the computer wont recognize the device. i also tried putting a "update.zip" on a micro sd and that dident work either. so if i just F***** my self i understand, buuuut if you do know how to fix it please let me know. Thank you in advance.

You're fine. Follow this if you want clock work mod. And this will only work if you haven't flashed the new jelly bean OTA

Do you know how to use the Android sdk? Get it set up and then

adb push rom.zip /sdcard/

Do the same for Gapps and kernels.

To fix it at least I would download an update from the asus Site. That would bring everything to stock except for your bootloader. Download the file off of the Site, extract the zip inside the zip, and the adb push that zip to /sdcard/, then flash in CWM. And it has to be CWM
