This is the beginning of the return for RoootzBoaaaat.

Built from source, fresh from AOSP--Android 4.1.1

We are changing our focus a bit to speed and stability rather than 1000 features. Hopefully you guys will like it.

Build 2 - Beta - 07-12
Camera/Camcorder fixed - no need to dirty install from previous JB ports
WifiTether Fixed
Voice Search Fixed - no longer have to download offline pack to make it work
SuperSU added to build
Insecure boot - adb remount, etc working now
Root Explorer was updated on the app side, no more issues there

New GApps with the help of Kejar31 adds:
--App restore fixed
--New Music
--New YouTube
--New Gmail
--other random bits

Build 1 - Beta build
Built from AOSP source
su installed, download SuperSU or Superuser apks whichever you prefer.
Install busybox from market "Busybox installer or other"
Google Now/Voice Search works with included Gapps.
RootzBoat wallpapers included
Toro volume fixes applied
Correct ERI included
Various VZW bits included..

This is obviously the second build of this ROM. Fixes and adds will be coming super quick, but wanted to get this out there to give you crackflashers something to do today.

You must not have wiped system because this ota zip only has one email.apk and the gapps zip does not have any...

Anyone ever notice that Google Play Music never shows as a "syncable" app under settings>Google? Every other app does except Play. At least for me it does #blamexoomdev

Runs great great, only real problem is the camera as already reported. Also getting the yellow tinge when taking pictures (mainly when using the flash). Reading around it's apparently happening with some of the GSM 4.1.1 ROMs as well.

To comment on the Email report, I dirty flashed and got fc's on exchange services and email.apk's Tried removing the account but even that would not work. Going to try to flash the Email and Exchange Services from JellyBelly.

Did u do a restore of play music of download from the market? I've noticed that usually happens when I restore the app instead of download it

If you do a dirty flash over a 4.1 leak, then the camera works without issues

That is what I did and have had no issues since.

No, I d/l it from the Market, but it's working now. Did a force stop and resynced

Rootzboat 4.0.2 was my first Gnex ROM. glad to see you guys picked it up again.

If anyone else is having the same email/exchange issues I was here is a modded gapps with Youtube and Working Email/Exchange Services from the 4.1 leak.

Edit: Also why is the Calendar Sync still v 4.0.3? I checked the original GSM nandriod files and there is no CalSyncAdapter anymore? Maybe its not needed, I removed it from the rom and am wiping caches then going to try and use my gmail cal and see if it syncs. Nope with it removed there is no sync option check under accounts. Weird, wonder why it was not in the developer preview?

That is what I did and have had no issues since.

i, guess that's why my camera has no issues lol

i flashed over jelly belly 2.5
I'm using leankernel4.0.0exp2(230mhz min)
about to try to flash lean tweaks and get some init.d going on this bad boy
I'm having zero issues so far
noticed there was no gmail in gapps, downloaded that (for some reason Mt phone rebooted after that and ask had been well since)
Google now voice (questions like what's the weather like) wasnt working until i went onto it's setting and downloaded the English voice offline recognition.

i did
pretty much i always flash gapps
they aren't put into /data
they go into /system i believe
and flashing usually replaces your /system with the new Roms, and if that Rom doesn't have gapps included in /system then you need to flash gapps....make sense? not trying to confuse ya
