Straight off the 4G Xoom devices this morning (Thanks to AceXMachine for grabbing the images for me), I present to you the 3.2.2 Stock + Rooted rom!!!

I haven't had a chance to figure out what is actually different yet with 3.2.2.

NOTE: This can be flashed on any device, however the 3g/4g network connectivity will ONLY work on the 4G xooms. Everyone else will be on wifi.

And yes, this comes pre-rooted.

Instructions:
  1. Download the rom
  2. Place it on the sdcard
  3. Reboot into recovery
  4. Make a nandroid
  5. Perform a factory reset (wipe data+cache)
  6. Install the zip file.

Downloads:
Android-HC-3.2.2-Stock+Rooted-1.1-SOLARNZ.zip
MD5Sum: 2f3aebf57c1d1676ee97d4f8365d3018

Changes in 1.1:
Fixed the updater-script. It shouldn't boot loop anymore.

If you are the owner of a Motorola Xoom that currently has only 3G data working by flashing this ROM your 3G will cease to work but your WiFi connection will (should) remain operational.
If you are the owner of a Motorola Xoom that currently has 3G AND LTE data working by flashing this ROM your 3G and LTE will remain operational as well as your WiFi connection.
If you are the owner of a device other than a Motorola Xoom flashing this will cause bad things to happen to you, including but not limited to; being fired from your job, your significant other leaving you, aliens over-taking Earth, gnomes rising up in revolt, women's orgasms ceasing to exist, and Twilight to become a heterosexual movie.

Hopefully this cleared it up for some people. :)
So... What makes this different from standard 3.2?

I'm going to make an educated guess and say the only difference with this and the 3.2 is just the RIL code.
Wifi isn't working for me is there something I can flash
I'm having the same issue. No wifi on my wifi-only US model.
Has anyone installed this on a 4g xoom with success? XDA forum says it might not work on it as well
I don't think this works with a 4G/LTE upgraded Xoom. My WiFi doesn't connect, my home button doesn't function, lots of issues. Going to send back to Motorola so they can fix. I guess I will have to deal without Root possibilities for now.
you shouldnt have to send it back, did you make a nandroid backup in recovery before flashing?

You could always do what I did tonight. Go here and get your respective images (mine was Build HLK75D) and follow the instructions at the top on restoring to stock, leaving out the part to lock the device. Then go here and do steps 3 & 4 to re-root the device. After I got my Xoom back it felt a bit laggy but I ignored it for a while. I couldn't take it anymore so I flashed back to stock & re-rooted (and installed the Rana kernel). I feel a lot better now & the Xoom seems to have a little more pep now. It honestly takes longer to download all the files you need than to actually do this. If after you're done you don't have the warm & fuzzies and you're still having issues - return it to Moto to get fixed/replaced.

Oh.. and don't forget to backup your apps/data if you have any non-market installed apps. You'll want those back when you're done.
