Bored, so after seeing the incredible was still on CWM 3.0.0.8 (or some crap like that) i decided to update it

works:
data wipe/factory reset
install zip from sdcard
usb mounting
adb
untested:
nandroid backup/restore (testing later - should work)

flash with hboot, like everything else...rename to PB31IMG.zip and place in /sdcard root.
