Thanks to beanstown106 for the deodexed base, saved me a couple steps
http://rootzwiki.com...-kernel-vraljb/
Thanks to AdamOutler for the bootloader unlock

First ROM release in over 2 years! This is just a basic deodexed rom (for now). I wanted a debloated rom, and couldnt really find one with the stock feel, so I threw one together. There is still some work to be done on the debloat, and also some features that I want to add to this rom. Pretty much, this was built for me personally, just figure I would release and let everyone else enjoy it!

The big mod that I have already included has been ExtSd2InternalSd found here: http://forum.xda-dev.....php?t=1772234
This swaps your internal and external sd cards, so your sd card functions just as you would expect if you've used any android phone pre-ICS. The requirement is that your sd card is exfat formatted.

I am going to release two versions, one with ExtSd2InternalSd and one without it. Let me know what yall think and have fun with it! This is going to be such a great device!

Just to be safe, I ALWAYS RECOMMEND FACTORY WIPE BEFORE INSTALLING ANY ROM!

I see md5 sums... right there in the post.

Keep up the good work man! I hate feeling bloated :) That includes all that extra wall papers (just give me "no" wallpaper option).. and live chooser (will add my own)

have fun!

This looks interesting. Unlocked and rooted my new note2 the day I got it and went back to stock a few hrs later cuz the stock feel is pretty good. Ill have to root it again with this and try it out.

Just wanna make sure I get this right, flash build 4 then flash build 6, now do I need to boost after build 4 and then flash build 6 or can I flash them at the same time just one after the other?

What gapps are needed, any 4.1? I liked using Justinebean gapps on my nexus.

You should be able to just flash b4 then b6 then boot, no boot in between is needed. And no gapps are needed as this is not an aosp rom.

This might be a stupid question, what does removed bloatware mean HAHA?
"bloatware"Means... the carrier (verizon) apps that are unwanted memory takers, we never use. In the Note's case, this includes removing some manufacturers apps too. And if you really want them back, they can be found in the app store and website.

here's a list of bloat you can remove via Titanium Backup http://forum.xda-dev...553&postcount=3

You may want to keep the tutorials until you get to know your phones hidden features.

When in doubt, "freeze" it. If nothing seems to be affected by it's freezing, delete it. (Or ask too:)

Success! This is great, stock feel and no garbage in my app folder! Just had to use the standard file, the sd file wouldn't work for me. Just boot looped. Had to flash the stock file from a different thread and then flash the standard file.
