Virtuous Eclipse is the first and only one custom Sense 4.0 ROM, based on the HTC Ville C2 RUU 1.11.401.109 CL68035

Eclipse is the result of a collaborative, team effort by the following developers:

Virtuous X-Series
This series is for ROM's that are not feature complete, are test builds that may or may not receive any future updates. We generally would not recommend these builds for people that rely on there phone 100% of the time, they may, assuming you can live with bugs or missing features be suitable for daily use.
More info can be found on the blog
Screenshots

  • Based on the HTC Ville C2 RUU (1.11.401.109 CL68035).
  • Stock HTC 3.0.16 ICS kernel
  • Unsecured / Deodexed / Zipaligned / Rooted
  • Heavily optimized for fluid performance and usability.
  • Bloatware and unnecessary applications removed.

Supported Devices:

Important Notes
You must complete a full wipe prior to installing this ROM the first time. We also recommend wiping between upgrades, but you are welcome to try upgrading without a wipe. However, no support will be provided if you file a bug without having wiped prior to submission.
Bugs and Errors

To ease the process of reporting bugs to the team, we made a public bugtracker where you can report the bugs you found. Please make sure you read all the existing entries there to avoid doubling the errors.

The bugtracker is located HERE.

Anyone else having issues with notification sounds? For some reason the ROM can't read my SD card to allow me to use my own ringtones/SMS alerts/email tones...worked fine once and not since

Funnily enough it seems to have sorted itself out but it does seem to be some sort of mounting issue

go to your sdcard, see the folder called "ringtones" ? move your desired ringtones into that folder. as for alerts, navigate to system/media then move your desired tones to their respective folders ;alarm , notification , etc
