I've been eyeballing a note.. I'm thinking about getting one.. what do you guys think? Build quality good? How is the screen and audio? If i do pick one up I'll bring some dev action to it, maybe some aokp and theming and modding tw... just trying to decide between this and the prime...

Of course i would say; GET ONE! So we can have some devs. And i do, but not only because of the devs. I strongly recommend it to anyone. I owned a lots of tabs( First Transformer, Advent Vega, Toshiba Folio, Tab P-1000, Tab P-7500, Archos and some other i might forgott) and this is with out the best i ever used. It never runs out of power no matter what i do with it. The ram is always enough and the CPU is blazing. So if the decission is between Prime and Note 10.1 i would go with Note. I have only tested the Prime briefly and it was a nice device but Note 10.1 is something else.
I owned the prime for 10 month and I hated! U know all the problems with it.
With my Note, none of them. I'm a flash-a-holic, but since AOKP is not available, i haven't flash this beast. No reason with all the power on it as is.
But u will be happy if u do get one.

Just picked up the Note 10.1 on Tuesday. My original plan was to test it out and wait for the official announcement on the Nexus 10 and decide if I wanted to return it. Unfortunately, I'm liking it so much I don't see myself returning it. Obviously the screen isn't high resolution like the N10 is going to be. But the screen on the Note is really nice. It's crisp and bright. I suppose you'd notice if you were coming from a TF700 or iPad3, but otherwise it's really great.

Sound, well it's not going to blow you away, but it's better than any tablet I've heard before. The front facing speakers make a big difference.

And the speed is just awesome. This thing is a beast. It's as smooth, if not smoother than Nexus 7.

Sorry, I'm not great at writing reviews, but yea, I like it.
if u like drawing pictures, reading books, playing games for long hours, watching movies on journey and not worrying abt the battery life....just go for it
I just got mine yesterday. I looked at all of them even the new ipad. While the display on the ipad is fantastic i was really interested in the s-pen. I have to say i believe i've made the right choice . If you're interested in any drawing or photo editing app this is clearly the tablet of choice

I picked on up last week, and so far I like it a lot, I would have preferred to get it with Verizon LTE but WiFi is fine enough so I don't have to deal with waiting six months for JB 4.1.1 however I would like to see what the devs can do with it in terms of a CM ROM with the S-Pen apps, or isn't that possible?

Do you have an LTE equipped phone? Just hotspot teether to your tablet :)
