Are you asking how to root the Transformer keeping the default ROM or are you asking which rooted ROM to use? I'm a bit unclear.
Stock Root?
So, is PRIME, the only stock ROM? Or is there simply a Stock ROM that is just the transforer by itself, but Rooted?

from what ive noticed, Prime is stock. doesnt look like it has any apps removed.
