Read the install instructions... pb makes a zip that you flash... you don't flash the zip you downloaded.

Sent from my D2G with tapatalk because they finally got their @$$ out of their @$$ with rootzwiki subscribed threads.
I'm hoping that's the dumbest thing I do all day. Thanks!

Hey BMc I tried extracting the zip. Didn't extract everything to the right place. So I manually made the correct folders and moved the files. The I ran the script as root. Got a few errors then auto reboot. I ran powerboost in terminal. After selecting everything I needed I rebooted into RzRecovery and tried to flash the file flashme.zip but got installation aborted message. I just wiped system reinstalled Rom. Deleted all traces of PB off of sd card and downloaded a fresh copy of PB. Hopefully things go well this time. If not I might need some help

Just a update, back hardkey light and search hardkey light go dim but the other two are off when toggled, didn't know if it was a easy fix for you to make the other two go off all the way because they stay on (dim) even when screen is off.
That's weird Im going to probably to remove the button hack and improve it

two thing I found, it appears that you need to enter "su" in step 2 and after running step 2 I'm still getting errors where directories are not being found as well as the same type of errors on step 3 as I previously PM'd about after doing a fresh install on RC1. I'm going to restore my backup and try again in the morning with a fresh wipe/reinstall.
I know that quoting yourself is kind of gauche but I just wanted to share my experiences on the install, I had tried to do this last night but I kept getting the different "file/directory not found errors." even with the latest zip. I did try and reinstall RC1 but that didn't correct the issues, so finally I had to do a data/cache wipe, install the latest CW updates, install the version 1.19.0 of Busybox (I did have 1.19.3) and the Busybox installer app kept erroring out until I went in and manually deleted the file from both bin and xbin. Short story long, I did get a successful install of PB 2.2 (I did have to manually copy the unzipped files to the correct locations on the SD card) and it appears that all of the mods are running correctly except for Cron (it give me an error under check mods) but I'm not worrying about that much since that has been reported by others also. One other thing, I did the PB install before I signed back into the Market just to minimize the number of variables that could cause a bad install. So now I'm in the process of recovering all my Apps and getting the DX back to where it was. Just thought I would pass my experiences along to the community.

Thanks to BMC for all his great work in coming up with PB and all the other things he does.

Cheers.

Wrong Busybox version will give you the cron error. If you type crond and it gives you an error that's why. If it returns only # it means its an available command

This is based on an install last night...

Just tried installing on Liberty 3 2.0 DX. Used BusyBox installer to downgrade to 1.19.0. Install looked like it went smooth. Did the auto reboot.

(EDIT)
When I run 'powerboost' I see getprop: applet not found error, then it seems to run normal.

Enabled all MODS. Rebooted, cleared caches. Tried to set Conservative gov in Rom Toolbox, but it isn't an option.

When I check MODS I get the following:

Cron is NOT toggled on, See togglemods.
Powerboost is NOT the CURRENT gov
Your build.prop edits match!

File 99BMc does NOT exist. Please install some mods.

CWR Hack is NOT installed
01fixperms file is not installed
I'm running Clockwork MOD 5.0.2.0. Do I need to manually flash the flashme.zip to get this to work? I never saw that get installed in the instruction process.

post your togglemods script output.

Also check your available sd card space. The script zips up the neccesary files into flashme.zip but it needs the space to do so.
I have 10GB free on the SD at the moment. Don't see where to copy the togglemods script output. Can you show me where to look? I only see the 'unthrottle' directory on the SD card.

I assume you're talking about sdcard/unthrottle/flashme.zip? When I try to flash that file, CWR (5.0.2.0) says "installing update... installation aborted."
did yu exit out of the script did yu do it by selecting exit in the menu or did yu back out/close terminal?
