If you want the tint effect like I have in the first screenshot. Go into Elitesettings>Interface> lockscreen > lockscreen background and select Custom1.

Note: You will need to change the color of the text from the notification pull down due to the dark background I used. Elite settings> interface> Status Bar and Pulldown Menu> item Text and Item Title
