This was built for CM9 but should work for any rom using CM9's toggle structure. If it works on another rom please let me know. I will add to this as I have time/requests.

Instructions:

1. Download and install Metamorph
2. Click unzip/extract new theme
3. Navigate to the .zip you are using and click on it
4. Once it's extracted click on Apply all
5. Wait for the app to tell you its done (or lock up the phone)
6. Reboot (must be done!)

Obviously it's not. He has the same named images in the same location as CM9 so if this isn't working then it's because there's something else going on or he has them referenced somewhere else as well (they are located in drawable-hdpi as well). Again, it's built specifically for CM9 but likely to work with other roms using the CM9 toggles. No guarantees.

Does that Rom even have notification toggles? It's not listed in the features and the OP says no UI changes.

That would involve xml edits to your rom. This just changes the images.
