Here is my theme ported over from the Gnexus. Here is what is themed so far:

-NuBlue on most of the png's and some animations
-Blacked-out menu background
-NuBlue themed settings icons
-NuBlue lockscreen
-NuBlue themed navbar softkeys
-Clear blue news and weather widget
-NuBlue themed navbar glow
-NuBlue themed new reboot/recovery menu
-NUBlue Themed Market

-Lightly themed NuBlue email and gmail

As long as the systemui and framework-res has not been changed,,,I have not tried yet, but if you do please do a backup prior to. If it doesnt not let me know and I will update the theme.

edit: found good link on the other forum, seems tobe working fine on v5 so far.
