Alright, after the number of people that showed interest in this theme and hustlehard's never ending thrive to locate it, I thought I take some time and see what I could do.
And here it is.

Open the Skyraider settings app. And select rosie options then set up the app to the icon for the button nav bar.

And to take the writing off open the button bar manager open in the settings.
