Installation instructions and other details below
You Must Have Install Unlnown Sources Checked Under Settings/Applications
(Unless You Download From The Market btw Thank you if you did)
To install Just use your favorite file manager
Navigate to your downloads folder
Click on GingerPurps.apk
You will then see a PoP up asking you if you would like to install the app
Once it is installed on your phone
From your home screen Click Menu/Personalize/Skins
You should now see GingerPurps as one of your options.
Click Apply and it's as simple as that
I Also Have An Optional Addon But it is for Root Users ONLY

Flash through Clockworkmod Recovery
Note: This addon has only been tested on the Evo 3D CDMA So far
It will Replace Framework-res and SystemUI.
Your Files May Differ So Flash With Caution. Just make a Back-Up first Just In Case
This Most Likely will only be compatible with Stock Rom's because most rom developers make changes to These files
Flashing This Over A custom Rom May have Undesired Results
It won't Kill your Phone or anything if your try, But like I said Make A Back-up first Just In Case
Or else you can easily re-flash your rom without wiping to fix any issues or Manually Replace The Files Yourself.
Feedback On the addon for Different devices will be appreciated.
If the Demand Is High Enough I will make seperate Addons for Different phones if the current one has issues
