systemui/res/drawable stat_sys_battery.xml and stat_system_batterey_charging.xml
look at that and you will see what your missing, once changed what direct to the 1-100 pns for charging
then jump over to sytemui/res/values/public.xml
open that and add 1 - 100 for both stat_sys_battery_ and for stat_sys_battery_charge_anim0
and that should do it if im not forgetttng anything

OP updated with Build 11 version. I haven't tried it yet (getting ready to flash Build 11 and apply it myself. Didn't look any different when I was putting it together, so it should be OK.

Feel free to nab any of the battery icons from mine, just copy paste the credits at bottom of my op
