Getting some random long reboots. Sometimes it happens sometimes it doesn't. There doesn't seem to be any consistency when this happens but this has been happening on other JellyBean ROMs as well. It seems to happen more often when the phone is connected to external power. Something to do with RAMDISK perhaps?

its doing a system check
i forget checking for what exactly, but if i remember right from a post on xda its looking for some files, we dont have them so it looks for awhile then skips.
Here are my findings so far (same as others):
1) data toggle fc system ui
2) torch doesn't work
3) superuser issue
4) prefer the old keyboard's auto complete and punctuation ( probably a job thing)

4) You can turn off next word prediction to get punctuation back.

Are there any mods for nav keys for this puppy yet?

That's what I'm hoping for as well. Would love if someone could cook up a Recent-Menu-Home-Back-Search mod. I tried to, but failed, mostly because my skill is extremely limited.

I am ignoring my real life workload to try and get this done tonight :) (I''ll pay for this come Monday, I'm sure .... but I want to be on JB too .. and I can't do it without the NavBar custom targets.)

I'm not making any promises ... but I'm working on it.

No need to donate. I'm doing this one for me. Please think of some of the other members of the team who've put a LOT more time into getting AOKP onto JB than I have.

not a complaint, happy bughunting

so far so good, i see a few issues where the toggles dont sync up,
NFC not working at all as a HALO toggle, as a regular toggle only works (for the most part) if you go into settings, and "sync" the setting or make it match the toggle state, then it seems to be functional.
torch works after you fiddle with it for a while

clock seems to be a little funny, at 3 oclock it only showed "15", and not "15:00"

super user works, ..if you go and install SuperSU

after installing a custom bootanim. its seems that the device boots much faster (away from the google screen). this seems to be one of those cases where removing any boot logo from data/local and system/media, then flashing a new logo ...speed the boottime back up... this seems to be a bug with all version of jelly mean, and im sure its due to the new way android filesystem is doing things at boot time...

installed franco kernel and it seems to be smoother

Japanese (i think) keyboard (bottom selection) FC funtime

the only thing i am absolutely needing now are SoftKey Mods(just the simple ones that give me MBHRS ), and i will be able to make it my daily driver ,yeah, its called too used to something, and yes, i understand that 4.0.4 had a rather elaborate softmod setup so i dont expect it to be happening very soon...
im sure i should not be trying to flash the softkey mods from jelly belly, but here goes (with a nandroid of course) will update if it works...
and it does........NOT work, its messing with the systemUI. and when you mess with the systemUI, your gonna have a bad time

anyway, going very good team.

who else here has over 6G in nandroids sitting in their phones.. card cleaning time

Too late, but have no worries; I'll certainly be giving donations to other team members in the very near future. It's so nice to have AOKP again after all these weeks!

What franco kernel are you using?
What franco kernel are you using?
the latest test/exp version flashed from franco's app, because its those little things i need to survive, like wifi_pm and other kernel level tweaks
it behaved very nicely with the test build

Yeah, tried extracting the AOKP systemui and modding it myself. I got consistently bad results. Only thing I was able to do was make them blue. I was able to change the order on the other JB roms, including CM. I think it's the special rom control that's interfering. That and my limited skill. But I'm like you, I prefer a certain order. In my case, H-B-M, or RHBM if the home key can't be long pressed for recent.

One thing I'll never get is why everything in the status bar is blue but they make the nav keys white. It should all match (or all mismatch, if you prefer colorful).

My torch is working. I took everyone's word on the data toggle, since I never turn it off anyway. Haven't tried LTE yet, I know it didn't work in any of the other JB roms, that I know of.

I'm so happy to be back on an AOKP rom!

EDIT: LTE toggle works great!
torch works for me also. I don't think fast charge is going to work since I believe they are using the stock kernel. Might try flashing leankernel and then seeing if it works for you.
Flashed trinity and it works. Thanks
Torch works for me
