So now that we are backing up and restoring a lot with new builds, is anyone having issues with TWRP? Is that what most are using or is the new CWMR what everyone is using?

Sent from my Galaxy Nexus
TWRP 2.2.0 here.
I tried 2 nandroids in CWM 6 back to back just to confirm in my head how it was working.
I think the nandroids are doing a dif check between old/new files and if file remains the same it makes a reference to said file.
If file is changed it backs it up.
Cool...because the second nandroid took literally 15 seconds.
Meaning it ran a diff and said "lul all this is the same. I'll reference to the backed files again. Here's nandroid#2."
(If my thinking is correct, anyway).
Never flashed anything with it.

I personally just prefer TWRP.

Yeah, it does incremental backups if there is already one there.
how do we get the big nav buttons that are referenced in rom nav bar?
Anyone know if maguro beta 2 is being built and we're just waiting on it,or if this is a toro only party?

I'm using unstableapps CWR Touch, the newest (beta 3) flashed via his app.

I would assume toro only.
Zaph occasionally drops us off little presents.

Try not to be too mad about it, however...
Build bot builds Maguro first every time for official builds =]

If you're fast...view the OP in the next 30 seconds =]

Edit:
Phone calls were stuck in speaker and audio came out of the speaker when headphones were plugged in.
I have links in the OP for any one of 'em, yeah.

Decompile framework-res.apk
/res/values/bools.xml
edit Shownavigationbar=true to false.
Recompile.
Maybe I missed something but I do not see links for all the builds

fitsnugly also does AOKP kangs along with CM you may want to checkout his euroskank page.
For the guy who was losing root, here's a flashable SuperSU that automatically replaces the others. After flash, be sure to open the app and it will prompt you to update the binaries. Do so.

Flashed prior to boot and it worked :) thanks.

is the speakerphone fix the only thing with latest update?

The three [Toro/Maguro/Toro2] are there.

It's pretty easy to make your own though!

I still don't see audio_policy.conf in the system/etc file. Do we need to put that in again or is the speakerphone issue fixed without that file there?

Fixed in 2.1

Your link takes me to another link that takes me to the downloadable zip but it only says version 2, not 2.1 and when I open up the zip that downloads, the audio_policy.conf file is not in system/etc

Maybe Zaph made a mistake.
I'm personally done flashing for the day.
Can anyone post a new mirror? Can't download the docs one anymore.
