If you had to flash them in recovery that wouldn't exactly be using a theme chooser, would it? :)
i never bothered about themes until now, so i had no knowledge that themes can be installed and selected through the market. most of the knowledge i had was from this thread, which was vague to begin with

yah black exodus is good, and another good one is gunmetal cobalt, kind of more grey and black though.

And I can't remember if they throttle actually. Click the donate button in the app, and I believe it tells you the benefits. I know ditching the timer is one, but I can't remember the others...

Figured but honestly wouldn't have been all that surprised. Not sure how they are considered a "premium" host anymore when you download at 56k speeds.

Donating just removes the timer but the big benefit is they get more money with which to buy better servers and more bandwidth. So indirectly donating will get us faster speeds eventually.
