This fixes a small issue. The /preinstall and /sdcard folders inside 1.9.9 exist, but the updater script did not install them. 1.9.9.1 update will fix this.

THIS IS ONLY AN UPDATE, NOT THE FULL ROM. PLEASE DISREGARD THIS IF YOU ALREADY DOWNLOADED 1.9.9.1.

Flash with ClockworkMod Recovery.

Reboot to CWM recovery if its not working. It could be working already but this will fix it for those who it's not.

when you go to the reboot and try to use the boot into CWR option, it wouldn't work
this fixes that
UNLESS you had installed his CWR menu mod previously, then it was likely still on your SD card, in which case you don't need this.

well the fix is to just not restore wifi data from backup... something changed between versions that doesnt like it, sorry.
