It should probably also be said again that any rom over on the DHD thread can be used with the Inspire, just need to flash the audio fix and do some minor tinkering at worst.

Also, 100th post!

Ugh I have a head ache now I just can't decide and today's the day I can upgrade to another phone if I want. I can't take all these choices

Lol to this!

Well, considering that AT&T doesn't have very many decent Android phones, I would say wait
Unless you want an iPhone 4s
To which I would say wait for iPhone 5

Try out the ICS =D

It worked I was able to delete the old back ups thanks. I didn't think they would take up so much space. Found out last night that at&t is no longer going to carry/offer the inspire they are replacing it

Yepp, that's the point

No one carries the same phone (except for the iPhone, Apple is great about that) to try to have any sort of edge over the competition

Glad to see someone on the site. I also have been running the latest ICS. Last night I got all my folders setup in screen along with my widgets. I had it all setup on beta 3 but had a brain melt and instead of deleting an extra BlackICE.v1.25 nand, I deleted my fully setup ICS. I've been using systune for oc and sd card speed. When there is a camera in think I'll be using it as my daily. As of now, it is black Ice.

Nope, I know the devs at the original post are working really hard to get everything working. I think that fragmenting like that is counter productive. It may not be taking devs away from getting kernel and 3D working, but at the least it's producing themes and builds in an outdated and incomplete build

In essence, I agree that fragmentation of the devs can slow the progress. I just think that a second team of devs is what xda is about. We are all looking for choices. I just wish that they are close to getting the 3d hardware acceleration, camera, and the last few bugs worked out. I tried cookies & cream but I setup original ICS then wiped except for data and flashed. I got a loop. I know wipe everything but I was half asleep and didn't feel like fully setting up again. Too many roms lately is wearing me out.
