Up and running, full wipe. All is good so far. About to check deep sleep.

I just wiped cache and flashed rom/gapps (no factory reset) and it booted up fine. rebooted again and was much faster.

What kind of tweaks and optimizations did you do? I'm just curious if this is gonna be a ROM that's close to stock but with just performance enhancements or if like the other JB ROMs it's gonna go full on custom, or as custom as can be without AOSP source

So...if all of this are stock based from Nandroid backups, is it really necessary to do a complete wipe after the first JB ROM is installed?
I wasn't thinking about jumping all over the place since my setup seems to be working fine. But, knowing I didn't have to wipe might open up my options a little more.

Loaded 1.1 with no issues. So far very stable and feels faster to me than other JB ROM's.

I can get it past the google screen if i wipe davlik and cache... but i have to do that each time I reboot or I get a lockup. Pretty lame :\ (not this rom, its all of them)

This would def be worth looking into. So just to confirm, every time you power off if you wipe cache and dalvik you boot normally?
