  • If you have too many issues go back to 3/28 build
2012-03-30:

  • Updated CM kernel built with gcc 4.7 (source)
2012-04-07:
  • Updated with CM upstream (but not too many changes).
  • Updated Skia Graphics Engine (Is in AOSP master, but not merged into CM yet).
2012-04-16
  • Updated to latest CM code
  • Compass arrows in Google Maps should work
  • Camcorder should work when in SD (480p) mode
2012-04-19
  • Updated to latest CM code
  • Included some Advanced Dialer Settings (http://review.cyanog....com/#/c/14584/)
  • Built with Sun/Oracle Java instead of OpenJDK. Also, set javac to target 1.6 instead of 1.5. One of those two made things fast :)
2012-04-20
  • Updated with (hopefully) working multitouch.
2012-04-29:
  • Updated to latest CM code.
  • Included Lock Screen Shortcuts and system volume stuff in gerrit.
2012-05-04:
  • Latest CM code.
  • Reverted some multitouch stuff (Temple Run won't work, but other multitouch stuff should be better).
  • Added new feature from gerrit to add screen lock delay after turning off the screen.
  • Plus some other stuff that I can't remember.
2012-05-07:
  • Latest CM code (includes theme manager in settings, but only system theme currently).
2012-05-13:
  • Latest CM code.
  • Fixed rotation turning off capacitive keys (may still need autobrightness on for them to work all the time).
2012-05-16:
  • Latest CM code.
  • Capacitive keys should stay on even if autobrightness is turned off.
2012-05-22:
  • Latest CM code.
  • Apollo music player
  • Built in kernel fixes Unity3D touchscreen issues (Temple Run should work with built in kernel). I'll update my kernel when I get the chance soon :) EDIT: Updated, v10 should have working Unity3D touch support.
2012-05-30
  • Latest CM code.
  • Lockscreen widgets (weather and calendar events)
  • Audio fixes (should help with speaker phone and maybe bluetooth)
2012-07-12
  • Latest CM code... lots of stuff
  • Camera flash should work (thanks to whoever found the permission issue)
2012-09-05
  • Latest CM code
Known issues:
  • Rear and front camera mostly work now, but if the camera FC's on startup, clear the camera app data.
  • Market download issues: if you are having issues downloading apps from the market: su then killall drmserver in a terminal
What works: everything else?

I've started working off of CM9 repos since they have started some initial support for msm7x30 devices.

ROM:
2011-12-27: http://www.multiupload.com/28U3DUVY8B

GAPPS:
http://fzservers.com...s/gappsv5.1.zip

Known issues:
  • Webkit stuff doesn't render properly (seems like it's split in two). Try using Firefox or some Opera.
  • Issues with banding in the gradients (same as before, went back to gralloc in qcom/display which had those issues).
  • Camera doesn't work
What works: everything else?

I'll be sure to try this when I get home. Thanks brother.

Couple questions, one, what does the gradient issue entail, i'm kinda fuzzy on what to expect seeing with that issue, second, i know this is definitely not a big deal but i'm just curious, is crt/off animations back on this rom. Then finally, and my apololgies to anyone that gets upset by my asking but, i usually spend like 3 or more hours on getting my phone setup the way I like it, should I wait until the browser/facebook is working properly before trying this out, i use both my browser and facebook quite alot. I know they have already said to use firefox or opera but i am not a fan, i prefer the stock. just asking because since i'm so obsessed with flashing i end up spending half a day tweaking my phone sometimes when theirs multiple updates lol.

P.S. I'm not here to cause a problem so anyone with negative commentary for me please just keep it to yourself, i'm just here to get info and try out roms.

I would wait then, the webkit thing is kinda annoying :/ Facebook does seem to work for me though (but obviously contact sync doesn't).

The gradient thing is that there is banding, the colors just jump from one to the next without smoothly changing. But photographs look okay, so it's not an issue for everything, just rendered gradients.

I suppose asking if face unlock works would be stupid... xP

Great work on this ROM!

Question....
I have two phones; an Inc2 and a Droid X. Both are at a similar state wrt the ICS builds (no working camera on either). I am curious which of these devices is most likely to get the camera working first. My understanding is that the Droid X will need a driver to be written from the ground up, and I have no idea if anyone is working on that or how long it takes. Is it easier to get it working on the Inc2??? Can we use a driver from another HTC device when they start rolling out ICS updates in the next month or so?
Thanks again for all your work!

Any chance of maybe adding a volume boost for the headphones into the kernel? I'm not complaining, and realize this is Wip, But just wanted to ask

Great ice build. Firefox takes care of browser issue. Best build yet. The only thing other than the camera of course, is video support. I haven't. Been able to play any video except on you tube and its real choppy. Haven't seen any posts about flash or other vid support. Am I the only one having issues is this a known bug?

I can verify that video is broken on every ICS build available for the Dinc2, although for some reason it's seldom discussed on these threads. But yeah, you aren't the only one noticing video issues, and I'm not sure if we can expect working video any time soon.
